“ Biwako Sushi will take care of you! My husband and I tried Biwako recently and were delighted and impressed. Friendly service, food arrived quickly and everything was delicious. We have dined in once and gotten take out twice and each time, regardless of dining in or ordering to go we are greeted with a smile and the food is consistent. It is very clear the owner and staff genuinely care about providing an exceptional experience. We will continue to enjoy this wonderful establishment! ”
“ Authentic clean adventures sushi! Biwako sushi nestled in a strip mall in Saline Michigan this restaurant includes a sushi bar which is full of fun and delicious eats. I love to play on rolls names they have names that connect you with MI roots like Spartan & Ann Arbor and the wolverine . They have many “safe” traditional sushi rolls, yet their specialties are adventurous to the taste buds. I also ate the seaweed salad and miso soup, but those were done before I could take pictures. This has become a routine Friday night sushi spot. Small intimate setting with loads of traditional Japanese touches. GO! ”

“ Small place, good food. We came in on a Tuesday around 6pm and there were no free tables that were clean, but someone got to work quickly and fixed that. The bento boxes seem expensive, but it is a lot of food. I had the sushi bento and 3 rolls with goyza. 3 people left very full for 56. ”
“ We got takeout here twice, and it was great both times. Fish was really fresh, rice was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The menu is huge! Almost too huge. It was hard to decide because there were so many options. Will definitely be back! ”
